    I worked at Walmart full-time

    Pros

They did make some good changes resently. However, for 1 good thing they did; there were 2 things that were bad.

    Cons

The point system they have is horrible. My department has no supervisor. Please go watch video WALMART: the high cost of low prices for the rest.

    Advice to Management

Get more involved in your departments and treat your workers better.

I have been working at Walmart (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The store has a lot of management to back you up. If other managers don't come in you will be fine. The company gives you good tools and step by step instructions to help guide you. Store support from home office is great.

    Cons

Very hard to get current with your departments. Often you have to decide what isn't going to get done. There are days you just move from problem to problem without being productive in your own areas. There are a lot of associates that are very needy and they will slow you down. A lot of babysitting and micromanaging to ensure things are running smoothly. There are many pieces to the puzzle can be daunting.

    Advice to Management

No advice. The company has made so many good changes this last year.
