    I’m still trying to think of some.

    Cons

    Highest turnover rate in the nation. Bad management. Horrible safety standards. Quality for promotion nearly nonexistent.

    You all need to take more training courses in management. Because that’s not what you do at this particular location 440 n Euclid st Anaheim ca

    It was easy to learn and my shift leads were awesome

    Cons

    They would cut your hours so you wouldnt qualify for benefits even tho you were working at least 38hours

    Stop hiring people give more hours

    - Receive enough hours as a part-time employee if you're a good worker
    - Give several chances for people that need to call out after the probation period
    - Easy work

    Cons

    - Too many managers asking employees to do different things without communicating to one another
    - Managers not caring about employees calling off makes it harder for the people actually there
    - Customers can be unreasonable

    Communicate more, and show that you care more about the work your employees are doing.

    After over 2 years of working there, I find absolutely no good reason to ever recommend the job to anyone
