    I worked at Walmart part-time

    Pros

    It is a pay check

    Cons

Where I worked at, the human services officer had a bad attitude. Making everything the whole experience bad. Poor wages, talked to poorly, no flexibility. Just an all around bad place to work.

    Advice to Management

clean house in upper management and treat "floor" personnel like you appreciate them

I have been working at Walmart part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

This job is a great way to help better yourself for your next job.

    Cons

Favoritism throughout the whole company with tons of extra work with little to no pay increase, with very inconsistent hours which makes it extremely hard to work just this job.

    Advice to Management

Role reversal! So upper management from assistants to store mangers so they can realize just how hard it really is to work in certain positions.
