I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Not very complicated work,

    Cons

Managers refuse to communicate effectively with their employees, and there is no effective way for employees to reach management. Any request you have in regards to schedules or suggestions go through three or four different people until they end up with the wrong manager. In addition, if you have a question, hunting down a supervisor is grueling. They tell you that you have to get more work done than you have, yet they make you hunt them down for fifteen minutes before you find them. When you express your concerns or questions, they usually don't know what to do.

    Advice to Management

Create an effective communication tree that makes sure EVERYBODY knows exactly what is required and expected. Also needs to have an effective way for employees to communicate with their supervisors.
