It may sound corny but it's what most of us strive for.

    Cons

Theft is a big issue. It's nothing that we can really control. Sometimes you have a tough customer but for the most part it turns out good.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

They do offer an across the board pay scale that applies to all employees and is based on a point system.

    Cons

Horrible management. Most of them are just out of college and think they know everything about everything. Treat employees very unfairly and pay is absolutely horrible compared to other places with the same work.

    Advice to Management

Lead your employees. Give merit bonuses for those that are deserving and share some of the profits. Employees will work better if you give them incentives to work better.
