    Management and growth opportunities could be better.

    Make growth opportunities/ internal promotions more often. Provide clear growth direction and support junior employees that are excelling.

    Pros

    -Professional development -Shuttles -Free coffee -Flexible work hours; considering its a .com.

    Cons

    -Competive but toxic work environment. -Negligent management - If you are contract they will treat you as such.

    Advice to Management

    It's good to get to know your associates work pace. Don't assume one is negligent of their work due to cultural differences.

    Little investment in high-level development for mid-management. Very slow decision making

    Pros

    The culture is very strong and focused on simply saving people's money, so they can live better.

    Cons

    In Brazil the company was striving to use its full-power, but IT never helped the employees and systems weren't similar to the north-american versions.

    Keep focusing on people's promotion and acknowledgement, so they will work better and deliver more.
