I worked at Walmart full-time for more than a year

      Pros

Easy to get a job Discount on products Honestly, as far as temporary jobs it wasn't as bad as people make it out to be

      Cons

Low pay (obviously) Grouchy co workers

      Advice to Management

Promote people based off competence not seniority. Most of the time the person working there the longest is the best at their job, but it definitely is not always the case.
