I have been working at Walmart as an intern (Less than a year)

Pay is great, the company pays for relocation and housing for the summer, food is catered for dinner 4 days a week, the culture is awesome, tons of exposure to execs, almost everyone gets a full time offer

Some interns get put into groups within audit that dont do anything, and its hard to get out. That said, if you get into a group with managers and senior auditors that actually want to help you, its a great job. Feedback throughout the program could be better.

    Advice to Management

Put interns on teams that actually want to treat them like permanent employees.
