    Pros

    Leadership, Bonuses, they only like to hire within a majority of the time or if you have had experience previously with Walmart

    Cons

    The hours are long but worth it when you receive you first bonus. Hardwork doesn’t always get recognized but tjar comes with most jobs

    Pay, great opportunities to go higher in the company

    Cons

    Poor management sometimes, miss one day they act like you missed 8 especially if you are a hard worker, walmart.com sometimes with returns it will not give you your refund if it was there fault that they don't have the item.

    None. This company has no problem getting rid of employees so that some walton family member can buy another yacht.

    Cons

    Hours are continuously cut. Raises are non-existent. Management is constantly breathing down your neck for no reason.

    Get rid of all middle management, then you could give hard working employees more hours

    Most hourly employees are friendly! Hillary at customer service is the best!

    The management team there does not care about there employees and put certain employees in danger asking them to help apprehend shoplifters when it is not in their job description. Certain managers show favoritism to certain employees....
