    You get a 10% discount on anything but food.
    Free food sometimes

    Management is fickle
    Favortism is strong
    You will never get a holiday off (save for Christmas)

    You should spend time punishing people who actually make mistakes on other shifts instead of just stressing out anyone in your line of sight during the day shift.
