I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Extremely good work life life balance, free food and transport services, annual gifts, quarterly team outings and well stuffed pantries.

    Cons

Management is a fool. They don't have any vision for upcoming projects. Work quality is very poor. Most of the teams at Walmart don't have much work on their plate and on contrary they are hiring at a very high pace, and the reason for it is high attrition. Currently Walmart has an attrition for around 3 FTEs leaving everyday.

    Advice to Management

Create vision for your projects and handle fresher in a better way. Stop hiring from top colleges, there expectations are high with work and Walmart is incapable of providing that.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free Food.
Lunch at Walmart Cafeteria is awesome.

    Cons

Analytics team is doing all POCs , hardly you get chance to work for any live projects/products. Here work does not matter but for your growth what matters is your visibility in front of your manager.

    Advice to Management

Give more opportunities to the people working at IN2 and IN3 level.
