    Job securirty, OK pay, good store leadership and dedicated workers lots of training always looking to improve the company through technology

    Cons

    District management and untrustworthy get everything in writing !
    Please come and go no one stays when I get experience when should someone trained to leave for a company that's more trustworthy to the employees

    Advice to Management

    Keep the promises and you'll keep your employees and mid management or going have stores with no experience.

    Pros

    Really cares about their employees. Willing to hire a lot of people with disabilities, or other incapabilities. Overall takes good care of employees

    You get to see some really weird stuff while working at walmart, especially if you are working overnight shifts, so be prepared

    None, really just overall your basic retail service company, you get what you get while working in that kind of field

    If you apply for a job there you will get hired

    Cons

    They hire for bodies not brains, if you have a brain an can work independently you'll get stuck doing the bulk of the work. There's NO full time don't get fooled

    Advice to Management

    Take 1/2 a sec and hire ppl that can/will do the work you want not just bodies that roam aimlessly around the store

    gain retail experience fast, they have lots of knowledge about sourcing and marketing

    low wages. and long hours. you basically get a little bit above the min wage. and most of employees are part time
