    Pros

The people are great for the most part.

    Cons

Do not beliee what mnagement says about your job duties.
Their training is good when you get it...if you get it

    Advice to Management

Be real people. When an employee calls in with a bonafide family emergency, do not dock them for missing a days work. When youare guaranteed a job from management and you don't get it, well, that's bad for you because it makes you liars and hiring under false pretenses.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Growing company with many opportunities for advancement, Decent pay. many positions to help forge a career path within the company.

    Cons

Many unrealistic expectations placed on hourly associates. Many examples of favoritism/ nepotism exist. High Associate turnover rate , and the revolving door does not work for everyone equally.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to remember back to when they were an hourly employee and how it felt to them when their bosses treated them unfairly or gave rewards to those who didn't deserve them. Treat your associates more equally.
