    Pros

Pay, benefits and employees it is a pretty good company to work for all in. I would recommend applying for a job here

    Cons

No profit sharing. Overall it's pretty good working here and I don't have too much to complain about. Really not a lot of cons to include in the section.

    Pros

Good pay. Fun job. Great coworkers. Very diverse.

    Cons

Really hard to get into. The managers dont care about your success in the company. They dont care about your employment, heallth, or anything. They only care about your production. If you have accidents because your running to get 100% production, you get fired. If you dont reach 100% production after 3 months, you get fired.

1 out of 8 people make it through the3-5 month hiring process said a 10 year employee. They hired me and another 3 guys. 3 got fired and 1 quit.

    Advice to Management

Teach and train those that are not making your standard of production. Care about your coworkers like you want to be cared for.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

If you buy into the Walmart Culture you'll be fine.

The moment you express your true opinions or concerns Management will see you as a threat and find ways to get rid of you because Walmart believes everyone is replaceable.

    Pros

Not being on cash and had more freedom. It was also nice with lots of standing around on slow nights

    Cons

Everything else sucked especially on busy days. No breaks, everythijg was a mess when i left anyone else up there for my breaks. Lots of incompetent people.

    Advice to Management

Work on your scheduling and stop the gossiping. Also train your employees better. The managers themselves should be trained better as well.
