    -profit share is an excellent bonus
    -benefits
    -37.5 hours/ weekly
    -management team is easy to work with
    -easy communication with email.

    Cons

    -poor scheduling for coverage
    -takes a long time to cover terminated employees
    -lots of people with poor availability get the best hours.

    -continue listening to hourly managements concerns.

    I really Like it here. Really nice people to work for. We get nice discounts after 3 months of service.

    Cons

    The store is not as clean as I think it should be.

    we really need new bags here. they tear and break very easily.

    Walmart was a great place to work at. Very flexible shifts and easy to request time off. Managers were very easy going.

    Dirty, not kept very clean.
