    Pros

    Great Team and staff and management is always helpful and knows what to do.

    Cons

    We often have call offs so sometimes they ask if you can stay late. Open all holidays but Christmas.

    Advice to Management

    My management team is amazing. Keep it up, and keep the store running smooth.

    Really repetitive, sometimes customers can be rude. nothing anybody couldn't handle

    Pros

    Fairly competitive pay and consistent work hours. Schedule is flexible as well and they will work with you. Work is not very hard. Good discount and decent benefits.

    Cons

    Management is a hit or miss on the store level. Customers can be a pain to work with. Always being suspected of stealing.

    Pros

    Well, working at Walmart company it's goods place to work when you have kids or school. Because it's flexible schedules.

    Cons

    However been working in Walmart for three-year s , I was great except when you have problems they don't try to understand your problem or their disrespect to theirs employees

    I think that management people have to work together so they can understand each other. And also they can understand their employees

    Not as easy to move up as they make it seem, clientele is hard to work with and management isn't the best

    When I punch in for the beginning of my day for the most part everybody is pretty nice I really enjoy working here

    Cons

    The worst part about here is the schedule and the hours that you have to work it’s very scattered around

    Pros

    Ok benefits After one year benefits will be offer to you. .20 to .60 rises every year. Could Easy to move up. Very easy to get job at Walmart. Flexible schedules for some people if approve.

    Cons

    Don’t work for Walmart unless you have no choice. Bad management. Bad customers. Walmart will work you for every penny they pay you. Hard to get full time. Can’t sleep at night cause job is so stressful. Under staff. Very demanding both from management and customer. I feel sorry for people that have to work for Walmart.

    Advice to Management

    Please don’t let customer treat your employees badly. Hope cooperation could one day make policy that care and benefits employees
