I worked at Walmart (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Vacation time, pto, and leave of absence available to employees after one year. 2 15 min paid breaks and an hour lunch unpaid.

    Cons

Standing a lot and lots of bending down. Have to request time off months in advance.

    Advice to Management

Realize in a small town meeting credit card application quotas is nearly impossible and asking customers everytime they check out makes them angry.
