    Pros

    Very easy job!! Stand and ring customers up, 9 hour shift with two 15min breaks and 1hour lunch! Do not have to worry about workers breathing down you back!

    Cons

    Not any cons to the cashier job.

    Walmart is a friendly place. I appreciate it's professionalism. It is a great place to work. I love the way we treat each other & our customers.

    Sometimes the csms need to do better at giving us breaks & change when we need it.

    They truly try to work with you with you needs or scheduling

    I would get upset at times as being a Cashier but they understand I was new to this from previous experience.

    Pros

    Helping others is my number 1 priority. Make sure that the customer finds everything they are looking for. if not order it for them
    Meeting people , I can get along with anybody

    Cons

    The salary could be a little better.
    the moral is not where it should be. If you work for the public, take care of the associates. The company must make sure the associates should be happy.
