    Financial objectives are changing the professional landscape just like every where else, Walmart is just adapting a little behind the other major players.

    Adopt philosophies and policies to enhance the professional image of your entire pharmacy division. From the top to the bottom. True customer service has to be recognized and promoted.

    Pros

    Helping others is my number 1 priority. Make sure that the customer finds everything they are looking for. if not order it for them
    Meeting people , I can get along with anybody

    Cons

    The salary could be a little better.
    the moral is not where it should be. If you work for the public, take care of the associates. The company must make sure the associates should be happy.
