I worked at Walmart full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nothing, nothing, and nothing. Oh yeah, and NOTHING!

    Cons

    - Make you wait 90 days for a measly 10% discount. - low pay if you're working for a location located in the south. - Management treat you like a slave and talks to you as if they're a dictator.

    Advice to Management

Pay a liveable wage to full timers and treat them as people and not a number or machine with reasonable /achievable goals. That would help with"revolving door" issue.
