I have been working at Walmart full-time

    Pros

Plenty of work to do, some opportunities for advancement if management is your thing.

    Cons

Often seems like the lazy people are rewarded while the hard workers are told to do more work and possibly even yelled at.

    Advice to Management

Be willing to tell people the workload should be more equal. While I'm happy to help someone else at a certain point I don't want to anymore because it becomes expected even if I don't have the time.
