I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Using PTO sick if you can’t complete your whole shift where it won’t count against you and you still get paid.

    Cons

Most managers are horrible, you have to consistently tell them about problems they have to correct. Some are very rude and unprofessional, and don’t know how to speak to you correctly. If you go to the store manager about them they do nothing at all! Sometimes you don’t get your breaks, they have so much favoritism as well. You aren’t really allowed a stable schedule as a cashier and your life revolves around your schedule!

    Advice to Management

    Do better!
