    Working is the way of life to get things you need you must work to survive you must work Cathedral kids you must first to pay your bill you must work so working is very important in life

    Pros

    Good pay. Good hourly people employed that will treat you like family. Can make a career if you stay in lower ranks at lower wage.

    Cons

    No security. Ppl will be losing jobs soon. Long term is negative. Too many whispers, after 25 yrs, displaced with no explanation why. Stay away!

    Advice to Management

    Sam would dissapprove of your restructure that was graded with favortism. People are more than numbers. Be careful with Karma.
