I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay, and had he ability to work a flexible schedule when scheduled in advance time off.

    Cons

Hours were great for the most part. But during the time of the holiday they work you to death and then cut hours back enormously by 10-15

    Advice to Management

Stop cutting our hours following holidays and keep our schedules more consistent.
