    Pros

You grow close to the team you work with, they become family. You get a see a little of every culture.

    Cons

High turnover,Family work balance. Language barrier. No respect from our leaders of example. No flexibility with schedules.

Not the same family oriented company from when I first started. Respect for the individual has gone out the window. Very little acknowledgement for A LOT of work. New store manager has cleared house of good workers to make room for his "puppets". Has the attitude of a small child, only follows the book when it works for him, completely lacks empathy.
