I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Pay, working environment, and knowledge.

    Cons

Fellow peers, management, the lack of positive motivation while working.

    Advice to Management

I feel as though it is a great place to be whether working or just hanging out with friends that the workers should be more happy. Yes in fact they are at work and have their own personal problems but they should still be happy to be at work and make everyone feel good to be there

They did have some poor management. Hired really bad People. Didn't get your breaks right and where real bad at sticking yourself on really hard aisle. That actually needed two or more

I worked at Walmart (More than a year)

    Pros

If you are in need of a job they hire frequently.

    Cons

Management is a joke. They dont't treat their employees fairly and they play favorites. They also don't base promotions off of work performance, instead they promote their friends in the store or people who suck up the most. If you want a job where you can move up walmart is the wrong choice.

    Advice to Management

    Treat everyone fairly

    Pros

Easy job once you understand what you are doing. Excellent for work/school/life balance.

    Cons

Low minimum wages, Some managers are better than others at dealing with customer relations and associate relations.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your workers, they will give you the most insight into the minds of customers, as we shop there too. Also, make sure everyone is told about changes to policies when the changes come into effect, rather than later.
