    Pros

    New start out pay for sales associate is $9 an hour.

    Cons

    Management has issues following corporate guidlines and act like toddlers if they don't get their way.

    Advice to Management

    Follow the corporate guidelines. If you have issues with employees, handle behind closed doors, not yelling in action alley.

    Good pay. Ok benefits. Always have a job if you are willing to work.

    Cons

    Getting paired with someone who won't do the job. And Having to do more work cause of them.

    Willing to be flexible and works with employees schedule around personal needs if given enough notice.

    Cons

    Need to schedule better across the board in all depts instead of just using a few and then making other depts cover understaffed depts!
