    I worked at Walmart

    Pros

The discount is helpful on general goods and its close to the interstate.

    Cons

Co-workers tend to be undermotivated. Hours are not constant. Lunches never arrive on time. People do not appreciate the amount to of work you do.

I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

You can transfer from 1 store to another after 6 months if you don't have anything against you. You can talk to a member of management with the open door policy.

    Cons

You can get wrote up for little things. If you have write ups you have a hard time moving from 1 dept. to another. Equipment stays broke for weeks on end.

    Advice to Management

Equipment needs to be fixed quicker.
