    Pros

    Fair and honest policies. Great extra benefits - free Rosetta Stone courses, 401K, college assistance, flexible schedules.

    Cons

    Scheduling can greatly be improved. Sometimes too many associates are scheduled, but mostly not enough are scheduled for particular shifts, putting more pressure on those working that shift. Low pay and aversion to full-time employment. Pay schedules should be more dynamic, too limited.

    Advice to Management

    Be more realistic about scheduling and listen to your employees' improvement ideas for staffing. Get out onto the floor more often to see how it works.

    Pros

    Depending on the store you get quarterly bonuses based on sales of the store, my most recent bonus was $550. I am not going to lie, its fun, my coworkers are awesome and i have an extremely easy job.

    Cons

    No room for people who aren't corporate drones to get any sort of advancement, favoritism, bias, miscommunication between managers resulting in confusing and differing answers depending on the day, infighting.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your loyal employees better, the ones that have been there longest should be able to promote!

    I wouldn’t want to work there any more with the management they have disrespectful

    to apply for credits which I actually did got a few of them even got a certificate on Nov that was the biggest challenge

    I would recommend them to treat everyone fairly because we are all equal and human and we all got rights.
