I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

good solid pay. Good benefits and perks like discounts on dry goods and even groceries (during the holidays) and paid vacation

    Cons

management can be a downside if you get managers that dont sync with well with the location of the store. Often found myself tasked with jobs outside of my job description.

    Advice to Management

ease up on micromanaging, especially for night shift. The pay raise was awesome, but bringing in managers from big cities to small stores leaves a disgruntled manager and ruined employees.
