    Pros

    Most that work there care about each other and are friendly. Benefits are nice too

    Cons

    Certain positions don't get a set schedule, and work a lot of weekends.

    I like helping others and meeting new people and like working at a fast paced and also talking with the customers.

    Cons

    There are none i just don't like when I can't get more hours to work..

    None..just keep up the good work.

    Can't think of anything, hiring is from within, climbing the company's ladder takes a long time, pay is horrible, stay away

    Cons

    Bad pay, never appreciated for the good work you do,they micromanage you, they expect you to do the impossible sometimes, work you to death

    Pros

    Great coworkers to have fun with, really flexible with schedule, pretty easy job if you pay attention and know what you're doing

    Cons

    Stressful, a lot of coworkers don't care about their jobs and don't bother to do them right which makes your job harder, constantly revolving management, some customers are horrible people, definitely don't get paid enough, benefits suck, very few opportunities to get full time

    follow through with what you say you'll do, stop playing favorites, LISTEN TO YOUR ASSOCIATES

    Pros

    I love what I do. I meet new people and I also see some of the people that I used to work with. I make new friends along the way but most of all I enjoy my job.

    Cons

    Everyone needs to get on the same page about rules and regulations and instead of everyone trying to make up there owns rules.

    For the last 2 in a half weeks I have tried to advance to cam.

    Crowded can get hectic at times but it's better when you try to keep up.

    A teamwork atmosphere for the most part
    Willing to be flexible on your schedule especially for important events or college
    Able to have company perks like paid/sick vacation,401k, and insurance
    Ability to move up quickly your career, just pass the tests
    OPEN DOOR policy for when you are feeling treated unfairly, no retaliation
    Get raises and/or promotion every time you pass eval
    Pay is decent if you've been with the company for so long

    Can be strict about working holidays and overtime
    Won't always grant vacation time depending, schedule early
    Have to be a jack -of- all -trades
    Customers are rude at times, must use good customer service skills

    Advice to Management

    It helps everyone when management listens to their employees more often. The employees work harder because they feel valued and management gets to meet their goals which means more bonuses.
