I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are so understanding and flexible when it comes to family time off and can really work around a schedule that you need and my team is great to work with and that was important for me.

    Cons

Not enough employees or they come and go , and customer service around the store is so hard to come by and that drives me nut even as an employee.

    Advice to Management

Costomer service should be a huge priority, Sam the founder always says to smile and say hello to customers from management to the floor.. and i never see that ,, i took those videos we watch to heart and i think we should be following Sams advice.

I worked at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a good environment all the employees were easy to get along with considering how many people worked there, they were always high on clean maintinecing and customer service.

    Cons

Their attendance policy is just ridiculous. The other cashier and works were always fine but the management was horrible. They do no respect the employees and they are very rude.

    Advice to Management

Learn to better manage and treat each and every individual the same. They always done the favoritism thing and I think that honestly it was a race issue.
