    Pros

Training manager worked hard to get me where I needed to be to perform the tasks that needed to be done.

    Cons

Terrible hours for Cap 1. Corporate rarely lets you take vacation and you can only call in 3 times before your fired.

    I worked at Walmart part-time

    Pros

Great seasonal job during the pre-Christmas busy season. Received 2 weeks of
training with caring people. The HR people were caring and very informative, and I greatly enjoyed working with the diversity of people employed throughout the store. Everyone was so caring and helpful.

    Cons

Can't think of any. Most all people were fair.

    Advice to Management

Inventory tracking and replenishment were better then than it is now. However,
this is a very busy store, so I can see that would be quite a challenge.

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Time flys by, one becomes so busy. Rather flexible on work days and hours. Hotcase has lunch potential! If staffed can be quite fun.

    Cons

Never any knowledgeable help.so many tasks must be completed..so little scheduled or available. Bad manager can really fracture this department

    Advice to Management

Focus on staying properly staffed. Prepped food can be a hassle and can get bought immediately. Constantly check hotcase and cleanliness periodically..

    Advice to Management

I would put in a better application process for job transfers and promotions.
