    Pros

    401K
    Health Insurance
    Dental Insurance
    Vision Insurance
    Employee Stock Purchase

    Cons

Salary Management is unprofessional, terrified of their own bosses, disrespectful if your not in one of the 'clicks'.
Have no hesitation in overworking and using the coaching process to threaten associates with 'implied' forced overtime.
Management doesn't communicate with each other and treats any questions about a task as insubordination at best, or out right calls your question a 'threat'
Very hostile work environment where lazy employees ignored and productive employees are 'used up' .
No leadership qualities within the salary management going all the way to the top.
Employees have to trample over one another if they want to be promoted, or at the minimum keep their job.

    Advice to Management

Learn to comunicate with each other
    Learn how to address employees
    Learn leadership skills

I have been working at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It is great to work at e-commerce for walmart because there is so much that you can learn. You can also learn the functions of all different parts of the store and how it truly works together to make a great experience for the customer.

    Cons

Sometimes there are associates who don’t pull their weight and more weight falls on those who are the hardest workers.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to develop people so you can delegate more and grow your relationships with employees to keep talent up and promotions in the company.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They pay decent, the discounts (in store and with other companies) are expansive, and under all the frustrations is a company that wants to do well but is mismanaged.

    Cons

Management doesnt manage so much as be overly critical while sitting in the office. They do not have enough help, nor can they keep a staff. There is no work/life balance. The yale says believe that the store should come first.

    Advice to Management

Balance the criticism with Compliments. Make your associates feel valuable.
