    Exciting opportunities for growth within the ecommerce sector. My associates were fantastic.

    Very formal and political. It can be difficult to provide feedback when you must tip toe around what you have to say.

    Pros

    Best effort of providing good customer service

    Cons

    Avoid union with open-door policy but it's only a display model. The reality is far different from that.

    Advice to Management

    Value the hard workers, focus on what most important and let go of some minor mistake

    Pros

    Easiest job in the world, basically paid to stand around, if you worked the overnight people greeter shift as I did.

    Cons

    boring enough that I now know why solitary confinement is considered torture. Can't sit down so your feet hurt.

    Advice to Management

    Give us a chair! let the night staff play some music so time goes by faster.
