I have been working at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good management team in place. Positive attitudes are contagious, and we're getting our goals met in the pre-opening setup stages.

    Cons

current experiences are limited to pre-opening setup.

    Advice to Management

get rid of the crew you've had to talk with already. they will bring morale and performance down.

I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good people, though that could change per location
    Good hours
    Easy work

    Cons

    Slow managers
    Anti-Union!!!
Pretends to care about worker safety
    Cult like training
    The Walmart cheer

    Advice to Management

Hurry up when responding to calls from cashiers. I have to wait 20 minutes for anything and that whole time the line builds. Then we get a rush. Rushes never really happen unless a manager is lagging.
