    Pros

Working in the photo lab is a lot of fun, and it's easy work. Great place to start out as a young person in need of work experience.

    Cons

Pay and benefits are terrible. The other employees that have been there a while hate their job, and some are downright miserable to work with. You always work holidays, but that's just retail. And Walmart attracts the WORST customers.

I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The 10% discount card on item that arent on sale was about the only good thing while at Walmart.

    Cons

No respect, treated like a slave that will get fired at any moment and threats to be replaced by the first person to apply is tne norm at Walmart. Empty promises from Management for requested days off. The over all feeling at Walmart is one of neglect.

    Advice to Management

When you promise new hires certain amount of hours each week, you should honor the promise and not make up excuses for months.

    Pros

Easy job, the company feeds its employees all the day old doughnuts and pastries at all Management meetings.

    Cons

All of the Management looks like they're going to be dieing from diabetic obesitity. Management treats the workers like slaves with no regaurd for the emlpoyee's personal safety on the job.If you get hurt on the job, plan on getting fired for your injury. Thats how they do it at Walmart.

    Advice to Management

Go on a diet. Treat your employee's with respect maybe it'll help you retain their employment with company?
