I have been working at Walmart (More than a year)

    Pros

Wal-Mart is one big family. The employees are really truthful about a certain store. You will not have a problem with the employees at all.

    Cons

The supervisors doesn't take up for you in the time that need to be. You will work hard, but the pay should increase a little bit more. The supervisors, and manager will talk to you like you are their child. You feel as you are not appreciated although they tell you thank you, but actions are better than words. Dumb people gets the better positions. People with a degree like myself, have a hard time climbing to the top.

    Advice to Management

Treat people the way they need to be treated. Talk to people that work for you with respect. We are not your slaves, but workers. Without the workers, Wal-Mart will not be anything.
