I worked at Walmart full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You get to choose your own availability on what days and times you can work.

    Cons

You chose your availability but if it’s not made to their standards they will retailiate and not give you enough hours as you should. They will over work you like a dog if they are short handed. Being short handed at walmart is not a problem to them because management aren’t the ones getting the job done. There’s a lot of favoritism. Management will only promote the people they “like”.
