I worked at Walmart (Less than a year)

    Pros

The environment was fun and I enjoyed being able to learn a lot during my internship. The culture encourages reaching out to networks all over the country.

    Cons

Rules were very structured and some rules were just there with no reason. Everything is so process oriented which makes doing business difficult.

    Advice to Management

Loosen up a little bit. You need to be revamping your image because in the consumer and employee mindset, there is a negative connotation.
