I have been working at Walmart full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely none there is no reason to work here to be treated worse than people treat there garabge.

    Cons

Management treats you like a pile of trash.very high turnover rate..employees higene is unreal horrible..and they touch your groceries..just bad people to work for.treat you very badly..

    Advice to Management

You don't own your employees stop treating them like dirt..you are no better than the person on the exit to your drive standing on the corner begging for money.we are all equal..
