I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Able to learn all aspect of the company. You can be a cashier and work your way up to a CEO.

    Cons

With it being in retail you will have to work all major holidays and most weekends. If you enjoy change this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

If you work hard and willing to take the initiative the sky is the limit. It will not happen over night.
