    Got more HR experience.

    Cons

    Unprofessional, the management, high favoritism, hostile work environment, under paid, room for growth for only favorites. Nothing ever works, projects never go smooth poor communication in general overall do not recommend,

    Stop picking favorites, stop being sneaky and unprofessional, give other employees a chance to grow within the company. Be more professional in the corporate place
