I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Hard work pays off with room to advance and grow in the company

    Cons

Not everyone works hard or takes pride in their job which cases more work and frustration for others.

    Advice to Management

Accountability and communication are needed to be able to improve the quality of how the store is ran and improve the customers experience.

I have been working at Walmart

    Pros

Walamrt employees do tend to offer that close family close friend vibe. My job in no way makes me feel like an outsider among my peers. If I don't understand how to do something my immediate peers are always they to help out.

    Cons

Walmart expects way more than is actually possible for the department managers. They are a millions things to do in a given day. They they turn around and cut hours to top things off. Giving us even less time to accomplish these tasks.

    Advice to Management

Try and listen to your employees more often when making new changes. Also need more training for new employees and newly promoted employees.

I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You work hard and there's room for advancement. Never a dull moment. Good comradery between associates.

    Cons

Not enough resources to get the job done, I.e , telxons, training, more floor associates. Constantly having to backup cashier.

    Advice to Management

Provide each dept manager with a telxon and printer. No more level 6 or 7 dept managers, we all work equally hard.
