    Pay is okay. Medical benefits are horrifyingly bad.

    Management chooses their favorites. If they target you, you're done. I've seen it.

    Grow up. You're gossipy. You act like you're in fifth grade. ALL of you.

    Friendly work environment. Working with customers is always a plus. Genuinely helping with problems or questions they have is a good feeling.

    Cons

    Unless you have open availability, hours are slim. Depending on the manager on duty your day could be good or bad.

    Could be more compassionate towards employees.

    Pros

    I can finally receive an increase in pay if I qualify on my annual evaluation.

    Cons

    New Management schedules suck..... So worried about hourly associates the hell with the rest of us. No longer a "work-life" balance at all!!

    Run the other way!!!
