    it was flexible scheduling for the most part

    very few raises, company does not respect personal issues such as needing time off, nothing about it feels interpersonal

    Friendly work environment. Working with customers is always a plus. Genuinely helping with problems or questions they have is a good feeling.

    Cons

    Unless you have open availability, hours are slim. Depending on the manager on duty your day could be good or bad.

    Could be more compassionate towards employees.

    Pros

    I can finally receive an increase in pay if I qualify on my annual evaluation.

    Cons

    New Management schedules suck..... So worried about hourly associates the hell with the rest of us. No longer a "work-life" balance at all!!

    Run the other way!!!

    Not enough time in a day to do what needs to be done, management constantly nagging and not helping.

    There arent any pros walmart is a bad company to work for today it wasnt when they first started but over the years new ceo's etc... became greedy

    Pay sucks, legal sweat shop, gready company, bad compant to work for, some managers racialy profile against black
