        I worked at Walmart

        Pros

        The insurance benefits were nice.

        Cons

They have a way of getting rid of people they don't want without exposing themselves to lawsuit. They increase the work load if you are doing well, then find fault with your timing in getting things done. I personally was queued into a particular account (the same account) that had technical flaws in it more than 3 times, and they still did not work out the bugs, but they did fault me on the time I spent trying to do...

I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 9 years

        Pros

Excellent company, competitive wages, friendly associates, lots of teamwork, wonderful culture. Overall, I have to say that Walmart has been one of the best companies to work for.

        Cons

My personal experience with most level of management was poor to say the least. The assistant managers did not support their associates and were afraid to attempt what's new and different. Lots of stagnation. Moral was killed by the lack of proper leadership.

        Advice to Management

Take care of your people and they'll take care of the business. You can't fix moral by simply pretending it's not a big deal. Change is a good thing and people need it. Stop being douche-bags.

        I worked at Walmart

        Pros

Great place to work and had great benefits. Very nice people and staff and bosses.

        Cons

Pay should be raised. Work can be hard at times. Sometimes customers make messes and are rude.

        Advice to Management

Should consider the well being of employes better. Should raise pay and wages. Give better benefits and discounts to employes
