    Turn overs are high, associates who have worked there for awhile are burned out. Could pay better

    Cons

    Foolish hours, that they change without telling you, miss a day and call in, 4 absences. Don't get paid a dime in this economy either.

    Pros

    Pay is better than minimum wage. Close locations Hard to be fired from

    Cons

    Management is awful The company itself is going toward a store with no employees. Self checkouts and layoffs. Awful place to work. The environment was awful and everyone is either depressed or angry.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to CEO. Stop lying to yourself and everyone on the news, you run a sham of a business, yet the epitome of capitalism.

    Reasonable pay, decent people, good flexibility and benefits.

    Cons

    Continuous shifting of store managers every two years, and most of the floor management roughly ever six months or so. Rather annoying.

    Provide more open information about changing departments, career advancement, offer education benefits.

    You are on your own management. Doesnt give i damn about your department enough to respond for assistance. Too much favorism upper management are not as professional as they claim or are suppose to be especially. During serious times.
