I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The pay is way better than other similar jobs like Kroger
Generally they give you the hours, I work around 36 a week.

    Cons

Management is more into negative reinforcement than positive and expect insane amounts of things accomplished from a single set of hands.

    Advice to Management

Think about how your words and actions can motivate your employees to put more effort into their jobs, and realize the human limitations of the individual.
