    The work was challenging, you had autonomy to make decisions, the people I worked with, good pay and benefits were competitive

    Unrealistic workload and expectations, leadership often created a threatening environment, lots of travel, and lots of inconsistency with policy/procedure, micro-managing

    Model the way for the company culture- many leaders do not treat managers and employees respectfully
