I have been working at Walmart

    Pros

Bonuses every 3 months, paid vacation if you are full times. Lots of opportunities.

    Cons

You work harder than you make, people fire you for no reason, managers need to manage.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your associates and we will do the same

I worked at Walmart full-time for more than a year

    Pros

When the store opened the hours were great, pay was great, and the environment was great.

    Cons

As far as people with disabilities go, Walmart doesn't want them there. They cater to mostly disingenuous people that could care less about the customers and job they're doing

    Advice to Management

Do better with who you employee, the "coaching" thing isn't working for anyone. They diversity in this place is non-existant get advice from the apple company on how they do that. My brother liked working here until management changed and don't like working with someone with autism they term they used to decide my brother was "retarded"

I worked at Walmart part-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Working 3rd shift worked with my school schedule and I was able to pay all my bills. It really close to home as well. Although the discount was small it was appreciated

    Cons

There isn't enough equipment for all the employees and the managers really don't know how to speak to the employees and each manager has their own set of rules they enforce, there's no consistency. Walmart has a high turnover rate, people are quitting and getting fired all the time.

    Advice to Management

In all the management meetings with various agendas, have some meetings about how to respect and keep employees
