    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Walmart full-time for more than 9 years

    Pros

I like to help people. I love seeing the appreciation patient give you. It makes going above and beyond all worth it

    Cons

It is beyond understaffed and keeps pushing the limit of how much work you can do with the smallest amount of people possible, which makes things dangerous. Trying to run a pharmacy with two people for a five people job is just asking for a mistake. They've introduced new technology for patients to refill and pay for their medicine online but what they don't understand is a lot of people want a more hands on experience....

    Advice to Management

The company needs to look into having technology but keeping a more personalized experience for the customers that want it. The company is too focused on numbers and not the actual opinion of the customers

    Advice to Management

Your health and personal life will suffer.

    Pros

10% discount. Casual dress code. Decent insurance for your pay and hours.

    Cons

Inexperienced managers with super big egos. Walmart really doesn’t care if you die in a hospital bed or not. They will use all the rituals to bring you back to life so you can work tomorrow.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes the best people get stuck doing scut work and the dumb get promoted.

I worked at Walmart part-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

The employees and most of the customers are friendly. The pay was not either. They worked with on scheduling around things that you had to do.

      Cons

Workers compensation is a horrible thing. It changes the way people treat you and act around you. Time management sucks as well because they are always short employees.

      Advice to Management

Be more respectful to your employees especially those who try to work with you guys on workers compensation.
