    I worked at Walmart full-time

    Pros

Wal-Mart is a great company to work for and it is easy to move up in the company long as you know the work.

    Cons

Wal-Mart has a high turnover rate because management doesn't respect or appreciate the people works for them. When you reach out to Higher levels outside of the store you work for when you have issues. They NEVER respond to you or even return your phone calls.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your Associates because without them you wouldn't have a store for customers. When associates come to you with issues fix it head on and don't sweep it under the rug. ThereThere's an open door policy in place for a reason use it.

I worked at Walmart full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good benefits, small discount card

    Cons

In pharmacy, managers do not care about their employees you are just a number. Walmart philosophy is customer is always right but In a pharmacy, the customer is not always right. Not when they want something unethical. Not when they threaten your life. Yet in each of these situations Walmart pharmacy managers expected me us to back down. The managers do not have your back. If you are threatened with your life they will tell you it was he said-she said. They hired new grads at PRN status so they wouldn’t have to pay benefits. Now they are firing older pharmacists to replace with the younger cheaper ones.

    Advice to Management

    Stop selling your souls.
