    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Walmart full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Pleasant work space, good perks, good location, free parking.

    Cons

Not an agile environment, doesn't have continuous delivery flow. People don't test their code!!! HR far far away. The securoty team blocks everything, it seems you're working to a bank. A lot of process to ship you code to production. They use ITIL RFC approach to aprove your code be on production. People are unmotivared, the company aren't transparent about the future here in Brazil.

    Advice to Management

Please, bring the WalmartLabs style to Brazil. Hire people that want to make change. There are a lot of people that want just to do enough to not get fired. That sad things to say but they are truth.
