    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Customers are what make the experience. They always came first. Customer Service was great also and the store treated employees like family.

    Cons

The competitiveness and expectations were sometimes too unmanageable. The pay is not high enough and bonuses are not given out.

    Advice to Management

Leader should take into consideration how hard the actual floor employees work and that they should be compensated for this hard work.
