    Not getting people out on time long lines not having wat your customers want not working together to perform a specific goal and not working At a timely manner.

    I worked at Walmart full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    I had 7 areas I took care of and was in a new store. It was a great environment and I would suggest it to anyone.

    Cons

    They didn't pay well and always wanted to change your hours around. If you like to travel around with your family only would this then be a good idea.

    Advice to Management

    Take better care of your employees so they will stay around and grow with your corporation and help put a better face on the company as a whole.

    Busy pharmacies are understaffed. It's like punishment for doing your job well and growing the business.

    Loved working here overall no complaints until incident overnight stocking was the best , worked with a great team

    Cons

    Lost my job only because the manager liked me a little too much , never late, missed a day , nor a write up and I was fired with no valid reson

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees better.
