I worked at Walmart part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some benefits like 401K, health insurance, great coworkers, place itself isn't too stressful, employee discount after being there for 3 months

    Cons

Scheduling isn't too flexible, the position itself (self-checkout host) was not for me so I ended up leaving shortly, management can be a pain about the small stuff sometimes, not always guaranteed usual set of hours

    Advice to Management

Be a little more flexible with scheduling please, maybe you wouldn't have such a high turnover rate

    Pros

    Some coworkers were pretty friendly.

    Cons

Everything else including managers, who were unprofessional, and the way everything was set up was very unorganized; it was very hard to keep customers happy when there are only 2 registers open at a time.
