I worked at Walmart part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Real world experience. Good first job. Life skills learned. See how a retail store works inside and out. Learn to work with a verity of people from different backgrounds.

    Cons

Most people here only have a high school level education, including management, and it shows. Lots of petty drama and finger pointing. No one had the balls to stand up to the plate and take responsibility, including management.

    Advice to Management

Practice better policies and procedures. Actually encourage those that do well and hold those that do poorly accountable. Do not feed into drama.
